Individual Mentoring Sessions are similar in format to Healing Sessions. However, they are more accelerated and focused on growth. They also include the following priorities:

• Discovering and living your highest spiritual path
• Receiving more intense and accelerated healing
• Actively applying specific tools and methods in between sessions
• Clearing your energetic space so that you can see root issues more clearly
• Learning how to access and rely upon your own guidance

One hour of Email Mentoring Support refers to the amount of time spent reading and responding to your emails.

You may initiate email support whenever it is needed, and will usually receive a response within 2-3 days, depending on availability. Example topics for email support may include questions that have come up after your last individual session or workshop, a specific healing request, or a desire for intuitive messages or guidance regarding a current situation.

If your initial email request is complex, it may take the whole hour to address it. Otherwise, there may be several email exchanges before your hour is up. You will be notified when the hour limit has been reached.

Note that some issues may not be conducive to email and may require more interaction in order to be effectively addressed.
