Someone sends a message with a specific intention (I take the time to send healing energy with the intention that anyone who meets me halfway can receive it), and then someone else can choose to receive the message (you decide to view the the video and take the deep breaths which is how you give your permission to receive the healing in this case). Everyone has the ability to tap into healing energy for themselves at anytime, but many of us have been convinced that we can't. So until we can regain our confidence, we reach out to others for reminders on how to do this.
