The Healing Sphere

Imagine that you are holding a large glowing sphere of light in your hands. It is a brilliant gold-white light, illuminated from within by divine love. This is your Healing Sphere.

The Healing Sphere can be used in many different ways to heal, transform, and expand your life. Use your imagination and share your ideas below! Here is one technique to get you started…

Clear Your Energy

1. Sit in a chair with your feet flat on the floor. Place your hands on your thighs, palms up.
2. Imagine The Healing Sphere resting in your hands. It is a large glowing sphere of light, that extends all the way from your lap to your chin. It is a perfect sphere, and it radiates a brilliant gold-white light in all directions.
3. Project an image of yourself into the sphere. You can mentally visualize an image of yourself inside the sphere, or simply tell yourself, “I am in the sphere now.” Your intention is all that’s needed.
4. Ask the light of divine consciousness to keep filling up the sphere until it is overflowing with light. This light pushes out any energies that are no longer serving you, and fills up the spaces with light.
5. Imagine the energies inside the sphere swirling around, getting brighter and brighter, continuing to expand… until all you perceive is brilliant, divine light. Take several deep breaths during this process to keep the energy moving.
6. When you feel that the process is complete, allow yourself to fully experience the healing by bringing the image of yourself back into your physical body.
7. Take several more deep breaths and allow yourself to feel the peace and the clarity of the healing energy wash over you.
8. Express gratitude for the healing. It is done.
