Having struggled with many different kinds of challenges in the workplace that offered no solutions, and experiencing a deterioration of health and spirit in the process, Kristin decided to combine her business experience with several non-traditional approaches in an effort to help people transform day-to-day challenges into opportunities for healing and growth.
On the business side, Kristin has twelve years of experience in Organizational Effectiveness Consulting, Technology Strategy and Implementation, Applied Social Science Research, and Organizational Change Management. Most of her experience has been working directly for well-known global Fortune 100 companies, rapidly growing mid-sized companies, and non-profit organizations; or as she sums it up, “working inside the system.”
